Ryan Bennett, Head Coach
- Four-year letterman catcher at Austin Peay State University from 1992 - 1996. Inducted into their Hall of Fame, 2010.
- Caught in New York Mets organization from 1996 - 2002, reaching AAA Norfolk.
- Coached at Division 1 Fairfield University in 2003.
- Has coached select baseball teams at multiple levels (9U, 13U, and 16U).
- Over 20 years experience with individual and team lessons.
Britt Peterson, Assistant Coach
An Austin and Dripping Springs native, Britt played youth baseball through the entire Oak Hill system and then on to Dripping Springs High School. In high school, Britt participated in multiple sports: baseball, track, basketball and football. He was the starting QB his Junior and Senior Year at Dripping Springs High School, and was 1st Team All-District for 26-4A. In basketball, Britt was the starting point guard for Dripping Springs, which made the 2nd round of the playoffs. As a coach, Britt has thoroughly enjoyed coaching his son Blake and his girls in multiple sports, primarily baseball and football. As a parent volunteer, Britt looks forward to learning more from the LTYA staff and sharing life and leadership experiences.
Professionally, Britt is a serial entrepreneur, founding Longhorn Health Solutions when he was only 24. Longhorn Health Solutions mission is to of supply medical products and pharmacy services to the underserved market which Britt has embraced with consideration and empathy. LHS serves over 40,000 Texans a month in regards to their medical supplies and equipment. Britt is also an owner in Dulce Vida Tequila and an investor in Deep Eddy Vodka. In the sports and health world, Britt is an owner with Hyperwear, an Austin-based fitness manufacturer and AquaTonic Float Spa, a unique health experience. Britt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin. He has 5 children (Blake, Ellie, Campbell, Graham, and Tatum) and is married to Kelly Peterson.
